<p>The rotor has a rotor lamination stack comprising an electrical sheet (2) with grooves (3) of a groove cross section surface, where the electrical sheet is stacked in axial direction of the rotor. Groove inserts lies at groove edge of the grooves, and reduces the groove cross section surface to another groove cross section surface, which are filled with a cast conductor bar. The groove inserts are coated with aluminum on a side that is turned towards the groove edge, and heat pipes are arranged in the grooves. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a cage rotor for an asynchronous machine.</p> |
