The press (3) has a pressing device (12) comprising a die (4) and a roller (5) that are moved relative to each other by a movable actuator during production of pallets. Biomass is compressed through holes of the die into the pellets in the press by the pressing device, where the biomass is made of fuel material, cellulose, lignocellulosic fiber and chip. The pressing device is arranged inside a press frame in the press. A C-frame and a window frame are arranged as the press frame. A guide unit guides the movable die and/or the roller, and arranged inside the press frame.
