<p>Producing metallic conductive coating or partial coating made of at least one metal on a coated substrate (1), comprises applying the metal coating made of an ionic solution comprising the cations of the metal or the metal, at the coated region on a semiconductor surface located on the substrate, using light irradiation. An independent claim is also included for the coated or partially coated substrate obtainable by the above method, in the form of an optical component, preferably semi-transparent mirror, an optical filter, a board, a microcircuit board, a chip or a miscellaneous conductor, or an electrical or electronic component exhibiting conductive regions.</p> |
