The system has a rotor shaft (5) with an electric drive motor (2) rotationally supported so that a rotor rotates around a vertical axis. The rotor shaft has an integrated generator for generating current. Support arms (8) are attached at the rotor shaft in different heights, and outwardly horizontally point in equal angular distance to each other from the rotor shaft. A lever arm assembly is provided at an outer end of each support arm for generating centrifugal force and for conversion of the centrifugal force into lever arm force.
