<p>A method, device, and system are disclosed by the present invention for implementing service control in roaming. The method comprises: receiving a Packet Data Protocol (PDP) context creation request, which is sent by a Serving General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) Support Node (SGSN) of the visited network according to the user's service application; according to the request, obtaining the information about whether the user's payment balance can afford the charge of the service application; and if it is determined that the payment balance can afford the charge of the service application, returning a successful PDP context creation response to the SGSN. The technical solutions provided by the present invention avoid the loss of communication traffic because of a service application failure, which results from the lack of the user balance, during the roaming process, thus reducing the waste of network resources.</p> |
