The disclosed instructional material for training the preparation of an injection solution obtains high training effectiveness by enabling the discovery of scattering of training chemicals safely, reliably, and without causing effort. Further disclosed is a method for training the preparation using same. The instructional material for training the preparation of an injection solution is for training the task of preparing a training chemical stored in a container instead of a medical chemical through aspiration into a syringe. The training chemical is formed from an oxidizing fluid and a fluorescent fluid that are chemiluminescent when mixed. This fluorescent fluid is stored in a container for fluorescent fluid. The oxidizing fluid is stored in a container for oxidizing fluid. The trainee is trained by transferring to a vial, mixing, and then aspiring into a syringe the light-emitting fluid from each of the container for fluorescent fluid and the container for oxidizing fluid.
