1. Work table for handling herbs that comprises a briefcase-like box (1) constituted by two bodies (1') and (1") that are articulated together so that the box can be opened in order then to lie flat for the user's work in the manner of a work table, the work table being characterized in that, on the two broad lateral surfaces of the bodies (1') and (1") that are in a horizontal position when the briefcase (1) is open, there is a network or mesh (2) where the herbs are deposited, and under each of the meshes (2) there is a sheet (3) where the resin released by the herbs adheres, it being possible for the sheets (3) to be removed from the briefcase-like box (1) manually by the user, the resin released from the herbs placed on the mesh (2) thus being withdrawn therewith and it being possible for the briefcase (1) to be re-closed in order to be carried by the user like a conventional briefcase. 2. Work table for handling herbs of Claim 1, characterized in that the two bodies (1') and (1") that constitute the briefcase (1) can be separated from one another when the briefcase (1) is open.
