An exercise cycle with integrated neutral ergonomic body positioning capability. An oblong tubular carbon steel main frame has a single structural arc with split fork to accommodate a rear mounted flywheel, a center-mounted seat and crank frame with variable height adjustable seat post and mounting bracket for magnetic resistance and biofeedback display sensors, and a fore/aft adjustable frame for variable height adjustable handlebars; and non-parallel alignment of the seat post frame and handlebar post frame, which naturally separate with height increases.
