<p>Provided is a metal surface treatment agent for forming on the surface of a metal material a surface treatment film capable of imparting high corrosion resistance to the metal material and strong adhesiveness in that a laminated film or extrusion laminated resin will not peel off. The metal surface treatment agent comprises silane coupling agent (A), cationic urethane resin (B), Zr compound (C1), Ti compound (C2), and fluorine-containing inorganic compound (D), and has an (A)/(B) mixture ratio by weight of 1/50 to 20/1, a (C)/(B) mixture ratio by weight of 1/100 to 1/2 (where the weight of (C) is the total of (C1) and (C2)), a (fluorine atom)/(B) mixture ratio by weight of 1/1,000 to 2/1, and a (C1)/(C2) mixture ratio by weight of 1/10 or greater but less than 2/1.</p> |
