The present invention relates to an event operating system using a multifunctional character souvenir and an event operating method utilizing same. The object of implementing the technology is to provide an event operating system using the multifunctional character souvenir and the event operating method utilizing the same which can scientifically secure various statistical data related to a festival by operating event processes using a system having a telecommunication control function, and can systematically and efficiently manage visitors after the festival on the basis of the secured information in various cultural events like local festivals. To achieve the object, the present invention comprises an RFID tag; an information storage chip; a sound output unit; a character souvenir having a cash charging chip; a complex reader for reading and processing the information stored in the character souvenir; and an event operator server for receiving, storing, and managing the information that is read and processed by the complex reader. In addition, the object of the present invention is achieved by sequentially performing a step of applying for participation in an event; a step of requesting cost charging; a step of inputting information; a step of charging cash; a step of establishing an event franchise; a step of collecting visitor participation information; a step of processing festival result information; and a step of link marketing. |
