The tube element (10) has a tube casing (12) formed from a seamless fabric with warp threads extending in direction of a longitudinal axis (A). The tube element extends along the longitudinal axis. The warp threads are formed of carbon fibers. The fabric has weft thread coupled with the warp threads. The weft thread extends over the periphery of the tube casing. The weft thread is formed of plastic. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a solid body actuator with an actuator element; (2) a method for manufacturing a tube element; and (3) a method for producing a coupling between a fiber and a metallic element.
