The securing member is pivotably attached to the mounting bracket and abuts the mounting end to sandwich the mounting end between the securing member and the blocking plate. The securing member includes a second engaging portion, a handling portion, and an elastic arm. The second engaging portion engages the first engaging portion. The handling portion is for driving the second engaging portion to disengage from the first engaging portion by biasing the handling portion.
