<p>Disclosed is a macrocell base station (100) that, in cases in which the interference from microcell base stations (300) experienced by a wireless terminal (200) connected to said macrocell base station (100) is at or above a prescribed value, estimates a non-interference PF evaluation value for assessing whether or not the allocation of resource blocks to the wireless terminal (200) is suitable when said interference is assumed to not be present. Additionally, the macrocell base station (100) transmits band-use restriction information, which indicates use restrictions for the frequency bands corresponding to the resource blocks, to the microcell base stations (300) in cases in which the non-interference PF evaluation value is at or above a prescribed value.</p> |
