This invention provides topical compositions and textiles for bringing into contact with skin, for the stimulation or enhancement of hair growth in a subject to which the same is applied, the composition and textile comprising an insoluble copper oxide as active ingredient therein. Use thereof for the limitation or abrogation of hair loss in a subject, or stimulation of hair growth in a subject is described. |
