Disclosed are: a marker for use in the determination of the sensitivity to an anti-cancer agent, which enables the determination of therapeutic response of individual patients; and a novel cancer therapy means utilizing the marker. The marker for use in the determination of the sensitivity to an anti-cancer agent comprises a protein selected from a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 5,300 to 5,400, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 6,130 to 6,230, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 7,000 to 7,080, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 7,840 to 7,920, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 8,920 to 9,000, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 12,440 to 12,560, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 17,100 to 17,270, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 18,290 to 18,470, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 24,660 to 24,750, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 35,980 to 36,290, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 8,650 to 8,750, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 9,100 to 9,200, a protein which or of which a fragment is detected as a peak appearing at m/z 11,760 to 11,890, and S100A10, wherein the peaks are detected on a mass spectrometer. |
