The device (1) has a heating surface (1.1) designed as a frame. Components (K1, K2) are laminated one upon the other in layers and in a planar form by introducing laminating force and using the heating surface. The heating surface is flexibly designed and convexly curved. The heating surface lies from a central area to edge areas in a continuous manner at the components and is straightened, during generation of the laminating force and approach to the components. The heating surface is coupled to a force generating unit (1.3) by compression springs (1.5).
