<p>A method and device for processing call are provided by the present invention, used to solve the problem that when another non-emergency call is inserted in the call session utilizing prior art, the users in the session are interfered. The method includes that when a first terminal and a second terminal are in a communication state, a call request sent by a third terminal to the first terminal is detected by a network side; according to stored customized information of a call insertion permission function, whether the first terminal permits a call insertion is determined; if yes, whether the third terminal is the user permitted call insertion by the first terminal is determined according to stored user information of the users permitted call insertion by the first terminal; if yes, then the first terminal is prompted whether to accept the call from the third terminal when the present call from the third terminal is determined to be an emergency call.</p> |
