INTERMITTENT FILTERING PROCEDURE CONTROLLER FOR MEMBRANE BIOREACTOR MODULE

An intermittent filtering procedure controller for a membrane bioreactor module is provided. The procedure controller consists of a feeding water plate, a discharging water plate and a rotating plate. Several feeding water interfaces are positioned on the feeding water plate, and each of them is connected with one membrane bioreactor module. A total discharging water interface is positioned on the discharging water plate, and the discharging water interfaces of the discharging water plate are connected with some feeding water interfaces of the feeding water plate dynamically through an annular cavity of the discharging water plate and the filtering passages of the rotating plate. The total discharging water interface is connected with a suction system of the membrane bioreactor. The rotating plate is positioned with the filtering passages and the suspended blocks, and is operated by a motor. During the operation of the rotating plate, one passage of the feeding water is always blocked and other passages are communicated with each other, thereby the circular alternation of which achieves the object of controlling the intermittent operation of the membrane bioreactor module.
