PURPOSE: A thin transistor display plate and manufacturing method are provided to prevent reduction of an opening rate of a pixel due to a contact hole and to prevent a cut of a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor display plate includes a insulating substrate(110), a gate line, a first and second data line, a first thin film transistor, a first pixel electrode and second pixel electrode. The gate line includes a compensation pattern and is located on the insulating substrate. The first data line and second data line is crossed with the gate line. The first thin film transistor is connected to the gate line and the first data line. The second thin film transistor is connected to the gate line and the second data line. The first pixel electrode and second pixel electrode is respectively connected to the first thin film transistor and the second thin film transistor. |
