PURPOSE: A device for reducing the load of a blade for wind power generation using the change of the aerodynamic surface of the blade is provided to enable uniform output of power generation and rapid operation for and evasion of load applied on a blade. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing the load of a blade for wind power generation using the change of the aerodynamic surface of the blade comprises a rudder(10), an actuator(20), and a controller. The rudder is located at the end of a blade(1). The rudder is rotated to the upper part or lower part of the blade. The rudder changes a part of the aerodynamic surface of the blade. The actuator is located inside the blade. The actuator moves the rudder. The controller controls the operation of the actuator to change the aerodynamic surface of the blade. |
