PURPOSE: A system and method for evaluating a trading area condition in an SOHO(Small Office Home Office) are provided to accurately collect the business district information on a certain district corresponding to a company held by an entrepreneur in order to utilize the collected information as target marketing data. . CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(100) receives the information including business category and an address of an evaluation target company from an individual business provider. A business district grasping unit checks over the growth and stability of the evaluation target business district. A business district characteristic grasping unit(300) sums up the results of the business district characteristic grasping unit and the business district grasping unit to generate the evaluation information on the evaluation target business district. |
