<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hot-melt film is provided to reduce wastes and to prevent environmental contamination by reprocessing airbag scraps and manufacturing them to the hot-melt film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hot-melt film comprises a step of: recycling thermoplastic polyurethane film scraps used in the production of an airbag for footwear. The hot melt film is manufactured in a mono-layer structure or multi-layer structure. The upper layer of the hot melt film is manufactured by the thermoplastic polyurethane film and the lower layer is manufactured by the thermoplastic polyurethane hotmelt.</p> |
