PURPOSE: A solar battery device and manufacturing method therefor are provided to form an electrode using a conductive paste whose major component is tellurium glass and silver, thereby obtaining superior solar battery features without including lead glass in the conductive paste. CONSTITUTION: A glass layer(9) including a silver component is formed on a surface electrode layer(1a). A silicon oxide layer(10) is formed on the glass layer. A SiN layer(2) formed on the silicon oxide layer. Minute silver powder(11) is consecutively extracted from the SiN layer. A part of the SiN layer is converted into the silicon oxide on the interface between an electrode and the SiN layer. |
