PURPOSE: A flexible coupling is provided to improve the coherence between first and second hub and an elastic body by inserting the first and second hub in the right and left sides of the elastic body in order to match the rotation center of drive shaft and rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A flexible coupling comprises a first hub(10), a second hub(20), and an elastic body(30). The first hub comprises a first rib(12) and a first straight line groove(13). The first rib is inserted to a first drive hole(11) having a drive shaft(41) on one side. The first straight line groove is formed on upper end of an outer side surface(121) of the first rib in a rotational direction. The second hub comprises a second rib(22) and a second straight gash(23). The second rib crosses with the first rib and projects in 120°. A second straight line groove is formed on the bottom of an outer surface(221) of the second rib in a rotational direction. First and second rib grooves(31,33) are respectively formed on the top and bottom side of the elastic body.
