PURPOSE: An optical thin film, a manufacturing method, and a backlight module are provided to improve optical performance by supplying high optical strength and collimated ability. CONSTITUTION: A main body(241) includes an incidence side with a constant incident angle with incident light and an emission side and a constant refractive index. A plurality of reflecting bodies(243) are adjacent and have a thickness along the direction of the incident light. A plurality of Fresnel lens units(242) locate the Fresnel lens unit on the emission side and collects the optical path of the incident light by controlling the incident angle.
