PURPOSE: A diaper and a method for examining the state of the diaper are provided to enable caregivers to efficiently manage infants, the elderly with dementia, and patients while performing daily activities. CONSTITUTION: A diaper comprises: a first sensor(10) which is installed between an inner film and an absorption pad and measures temperature and humidity that changes according to the excrement of a wearer and slope which changes when the wearer turns over; a control circuit(20) which determines whether the wearer excretes waste or turns his/her body upside down and outputs an audio signal; and a second sensor which is installed in the wrist of the wearer, measures the pulse or heat of the wearer, and wirelessly transmits the measured pulse or heat data to the control circuit.
