PURPOSE: A variable displacement swash plate type compressor, capable of accurate flow rate control, is provided to controlling the transfer amount of a piston by varying the tilt of swash plate according to thermal load change and to conveniently perform clearance control by reducing elements. CONSTITUTION: A variable displacement swash plate type compressor comprises a housing, a cylinder block, a driving shaft(120), a lug plate(130), a swash plate(140), a piston, an arm, a protrusion, an inclined surface, a first slide block, a pin, and a second slide block. The arm is formed in the swash plate and projected toward the lug plate. The protrusion supports one side of the arm. The inclined surface is formed on the lug plate. The first slide block moves along the inclined surface. The pin unites the first slide block through the arm. The second slide block is integrally formed in the pin and moves along the inclined surface.
