PURPOSE: An underground power generating system using sunlight is provided to protect a solar cell from external harmful environment by installing a solar cell in the underground space of a building. CONSTITUTION: In an underground power generating system using sunlight, a light-collecting unit(110) collects sunlight. A photo path(120) provides the movement route of sunlight. A light diffusion unit(130) emits the moved sunlight. At least one solar cell(140) generates electrical energy.
