PURPOSE: A system for customer unification management of business and a method thereof are provided to increase the purchase desirable of a customer and the efficiency in the user of points by exchanging the points generated from the purchase of the customer with cash. CONSTITUTION: Franchise terminals(110,120,130) refer to available points of a payer or an orderer if delivery order or shop payment occurs. The franchise terminals differentially generate charges depending on whether or not the available points exist. The franchise terminals provides the charges in coupon receipt, and a web DB server(300) changes the points according to the request from the franchise terminals. The web DB server automatically manages the customer information processed by the franchise terminals. |
