PURPOSE: A surgical instrument is provided to integrate an endoscope, a light source, and an effecter and use a dedicated driving unit for each unit, thereby easily and simultaneously applying several surgical instruments to a surgery that it is difficult to insert an instrument. CONSTITUTION: A surgical instrument comprises a driving unit(1), a shaft(3), an endoscope(6), and an effecter(8). The shaft has a tube shape. The shaft is connected to the driving unit. The endoscope is embedded in the shaft. The endoscope is operated by receiving driving power from the driving unit. The endoscope obtains image information through a lens exposed in the end of the shaft. The effecter is inserted into the shaft. The effecter is operated by receiving the driving power from the driving unit. The effecter performs an operation for a surgery. |
