PURPOSE: A piezoelectric ceramic composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and an ultrasonic nozzle using the piezoelectric ceramic composition are provided to obtain superior spraying features without excessive heating. CONSTITUTION: The size of a stacked piezoelectric actuator(1) is 26.5(outer diameter) x 12(inner diameter) x 3.5mm∧3. Six piezoelectric vibrators(4) are stacked on the stacked piezoelectric actuator. Electrodes(2) are formed on the upper/lower parts of the stacked piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric vibrators are polarized in polarization direction. Internal electrodes(5) are formed on the piezoelectric vibrators.
