<p>The diamond strategic evaluation reduces the complexity of the possible variables for the decision making in investment matters such as: infra structure, product or service release and development of novel markets regarding three elements: sustainability, profitable growth and financial policy. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the diagnosis, in a short and long term, of the financial projection with regard to the global economic activity, the region, the country, the company, one division of the company or project vs the selected median and the profitable growth rates in the next 40 years. Finally, the Diamond Financial Policy, unique in its type, evaluates the efficiency of the financial cycle of an entity by the translation of the balance accounts and the cash flow of the operation in a predetermined term during sale days: the inventories, the accounts receivable, accounts payable to suppliers and long-term debts.</p> |
