PURPOSE: A member for reducing the tensile load for a connector terminal is provided to protect the connected state of the connector terminal and a wire since the tensile load applied to a connector terminal is decreased without the length extending of the wire. CONSTITUTION: A member(40) for reducing the tensile load for a connector terminal comprises a housing(40A) and a cover(40B). The housing comprises wire guide holes(41,44) and a pair of tension changing shafts(42,43). The wire guide holes are respectively formed on upper and lower parts. The tension changing shafts are formed away from each other in a line. The cover is installed on the front of the housing and is opened/closed.
