PURPOSE: A manual type hand pump with a sealing function is provided to simultaneously perform an air suction function of a manual pump and a sealing function for sealing a vinyl bag. CONSTITUTION: A manual type hand pump with a sealing function comprises a pump housing(10), a piston unit(20), a rod member(30), a handle unit, and a sealing member(40). The top and bottom of the pump housing are opened. The piston unit is arranged inside the pump housing. One end of the rod member is coupled to the piston unit, and the other end is exposed to the outside the pump housing. The handle unit is coupled to the other end of the rod member. The sealing member is composed of a sealing housing(41), a power supply unit(42), a pressing protrusion(43), a hot wire, and a switch unit. The pressing protrusion is protruded to the outside the sealing housing. The hot wire is installed in the pressing protrusion and is exposed to the outside. The switch unit connects the hot wire and the power supply unit.
