PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a medical sponge is provided to reduce necrosis phenomenon that a sponge adheres to an operation region. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a medical sponge comprises: a step(S100) of forming a sponge; and a step(S110) of forming a film on one side of the sponge. The step of forming a film on one side of the sponge comprises: a step of preparing a polymer mixture sheet; a step of heating one side of the sheet; and a step of attaching the heated sheet to the sponge.
