PURPOSE: A cutting device is provided to enhance the surface feature of a cut surface since vibration generated from a piezoelectric element is applied to a steel wire through a vibration applying unit so that a target is cut. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device comprises a transfer unit, a steel wire(200) and a vibration applying unit. The steel wire cuts a target. The vibration applying unit comprises a piezoelectric element(320). The vibration applying unit generates vibration on the piezoelectric element and applies the vibration to the steel wire. |
