PURPOSE: A hatch type escaping apparatus is provided to secure an internal space of a hatch main body and to prevent injury of an escapee. CONSTITUTION: A hatch type escaping apparatus comprises: a hatch main body(10) which is fixed in a penetration hole of the floor and forms an internal space; a ladder unit(20) which is accepted inside the hatch main body while being folded and is extended is emergency; a winding drum which is rotationally installed inside the hatch main body; a traction wire(72) which is released as the ladder unit is extended; and a descending device for decelerating the rotation speed of the winding drum.
