PURPOSE: A frame retardant composition for environmentally-friendly synthetic fiber fabric is provided to prevent discharge of carcinogen such as dioxin. CONSTITUTION: A frame retardant composition for synthetic fiber fabric contains: an aqueous solvent, surfactant containing the aqueous solvent, and non-halogen frame retardant which is stirred with the aqueous solvent. A method for frame retardant process comprises: a first step of applying the frame retardant composition onto the synthetic fiber fabric; a second step of washing the fabric; and a step of performing thermal treatment of the fabric and drying.
