PURPOSE: A camera module which forms a stepped groove part is provided to minimize the mounting error of a passive device by guiding a stepped groove part and to insert a passive device. CONSTITUTION: A lens is installed in a lens barrel(110). The lens concentrates an external image. An image sensor(130) is installed in the upper side of a circuit board(120). The image sensor changes an image, which is received through the lens barrel, into an electric signal. A stepped groove part(122) is formed in the circuit board. A passive device(140) is inserted in the edge part of the stepped groove part. The lens barrel is combined inside a housing. The housing is combined in the upper side of the circuit board.
