PURPOSE: A smart card data encoding method is provided to store massive data to a smart card by shortening an encoded processing time of massive data. CONSTITUTION: Massive data which will be encoded is partitioned into a message unit(300). The first message unit data is drawn. A first code text generates a first message unit data by encoding through an initialization vector(310). The generated first code text is transmitted to a reader receiving a smart card data(320). The second code text generates a second messeage unit data by coding the data(330). The second code text is transmitted to the reader(340). All message unit data are encoded by using previous code text.
