PURPOSE: A dryer capable of the gravimetry of specimen and a porous ratio measuring method using the same are provided to improve accuracy and reliability of indoor material property measurement by preventing the influence of outdoor air temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION: A dryer capable of the gravimetry of specimen comprises a drying room(10a), a scale(2) and a loading member(2a). The fixed temperature maintains the uniform temperature and humidity of a drying room. The scale is installed outside the drying room. The loading member hangs a specimen in the drying room. The scale measures the weight of the specimen using a weight top-down mode.
