PURPOSE: An anticancer composition containing chloroquine and/or bafilomycin, anticancer drug, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is provided to improve anticancer drug resistance. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer composition contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or 2, anticancer drug, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The compounds of chemical formulas 1 and 2 are chloroquine and bafilomycin, respectively. The anticancer drug is 5-fluorouracil, cisplatin, paclitaxel, doxorubicin, vorinostat, cyclophosphamide, irinotecan, docetaxel, gemcitabine, oxaliplatin, or etoposide. The anticancer composition is manufactured in the form of powder, granule, tablet, capsule, suspension, emulsion, syrup, suppository, and sterilization injection solution.
