PURPOSE: A ventilation fan comprised of a detachable fan net and wing decoupling-type blowing wing frame is provided to rotate a fan net without disassembling a connecting part. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan comprises a case, a blowing wing, and a blowing wing frame(110). The case includes a casing body(130), an elastic clip(131), a fan net(140), a clip locking unit(141). The hole accepting the fan net is formed on the main body. The elastic clip is formed around the hole and has cut one side. A rotor is located on the center of the blowing wing. A shaft is formed on the center of the rotor. A stator, winding coil, is installed in the center of the blowing wing frame.
