PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing cosmetic cotton is provided to improve efficiency of work and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing cosmetic cotton comprises: a cotton fabric supply part(100) supplying cotton fabric manufactured in a plurality of cotton manufacturing machines; a length directional width cutting part(300) which cuts cotton fabric in the longitudinal direction; a dotted line cutting part(400) which cuts the dotted line in the width direction; a width directional length cutting part(500) cutting the cotton fabric in the width direction; a folding part(600) which folds the cut cotton fabric in zigzag; and a package guide unit(700) guiding the cotton fabric. |
