PURPOSE: A functional paint composition including water glass as a main component with excellent water resistance is provided to form a film with excellent durability, antifouling property, and fire retardant characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A functional paint composition includes 100 parts by weight of water glass, 1 ~ 60 parts by weight of silane compounds, at least one selected from the group consisting of 1 ~ 60 parts by weight of boric acid compounds and 0.5 ~ 40 parts by weight of phosphate compounds, and 5 ~ 300 parts by weight of water. |
