The part has a plastic perforated clip (10) attached to a perforated bearing plate (3), where the clip lies at opposite side surfaces of the plate. A steel sleeve (8) is undetachably supported at a supporting part (2) in a mounting reference position. A flange of the sleeve is supported at a punched spring washer (9) that is supported at a side surface of the clip and is clamped by the sleeve. The clip is arranged in a rotatable manner around an axis opposite to the supporting part, where the axis is formed by the sleeve. Another side surface of the clip lies at a side surface of the support. |
