PURPOSE: A kimchi seasoning containing strawberry, and a producing method of kimchi using thereof are provided to minimize the less of the unique taste and flavor of the strawberry. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi using a kimchi seasoning containing strawberry comprises the following steps: salting kimchi main ingredients including Chinese cabbage and radish with salt water; desalinizing the kimchi main ingredients, and dehydrating; mixing 100parts of kimchi seasonings by weight, 10~30parts of frozen strawberry by weight, and 5~20parts of fermented soybean by weight, with water for obtaining the kimchi seasoning; and mixing the dehydrated kimchi main ingredients with the kimchi seasoning. |
