The present invention refers to a potable water saving device for sinks, showers and washbasins made of latex and polypropylene, which acts as a complement of equipments currently installed in dwellings, companies, offices, etc., the same saving 50% with regard to the current real consumption of water in said equipments. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the waste of water at a low cost, with a high quality, efficiency, effectiveness and functionality; the device is easily installed by the user and preserves the environment and the economics of the population.
