A heat pipe radiator for heat generating electronic components comprises a tubular enclosure; it further includes tubular thin-walled fluid channel arranged in the enclosure with the edge hermetically connected with the edge of the enclosure by an end panel, so that a sealed space is formed between the inner wall of the enclosure and the outside of the tubular thin-walled fluid channel; and the sealed space is evacuated and infused with a working fluid; thermal fins are fixedly arranged in the tubular thin-walled fluid channel; wicks are disposed within the sealed space and an infusion opening used to evacuate the sealed space and infuse the working liquid is provided on the end panel or the enclosure. |
