<p>PURPOSE: A graphene sheet producing method using an electron beam is provided to produce graphene without generating chemical by-products, by irradiating the electron beam to carbon nanotube powder at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A graphene sheet producing method using an electron beam comprises a step of irradiating the electron beam to carbon nanotube powder for separating a surface carbon construction combination of a carbon structure. The electron beam irradiation process is performed at the gaseous atmosphere or the vacuum atmosphere. The electromagnetic energy of the electron beam is 300keV~10MeV. The carbon nanotube powder contains a compound selected from the group consisting of a single-walled carbon nanotube, a multi-walled carbon nanotube, a carbon fiber, and fullerene.</p> |
